What does ZAIS.AI do?
ZAIS.AI is a small digital agency from Estonia. We build websites, AI chat assistants and automations for small businesses, and handle the marketing and systems around them. You deal with one team that is accountable for all of it.
How does a project work?
You start with a free 30-minute discovery call or a short written questionnaire, whichever you prefer. You get a clear plan, price and timeline with no obligation. Then we build, typically in 3–10 working days with daily updates, and we stay on to improve things as your business grows.
How much does a website cost?
Standard websites start from €1,200 and Pro websites from €2,500. Custom projects are quoted individually, and the Basic package is priced after a short call or questionnaire. The final price of any project is confirmed before we start. Hosting and maintenance after launch is €19 per month.
Can I edit my website myself?
Standard and Pro websites include an admin panel where you edit your own content. The Basic package has no admin panel, so we make the changes for you, billed at €40–60 per hour or quoted on request.
What happens after the website is live?
Websites include 30 days of support after launch (2 weeks for Basic). After that, managed hosting and maintenance is €19 per month and covers uptime, security and backups. Content changes and extra features are billed at €40–60 per hour or quoted on request.
Which automations are available today?
Today the AI chat assistant for websites is available; the chat on this site is an example. Proposal and client onboarding automation is being finalised, and booking reminders are planned next. Other automations, such as an AI receptionist, are on the roadmap but not built yet. Leave your details and we will tell you when they are ready.
I'm not sure what I need. Where do I start?
