What does ZAIS do?
ZAIS is a small digital agency from Estonia. We build websites, AI chat assistants and automations for small businesses, and handle the marketing and systems around them. You deal with one team that is accountable for all of it.
How does a project work?
You start with a free 30-minute discovery call or a short written questionnaire, whichever you prefer. You get a clear plan, price and timeline with no obligation. Then we build, typically in 7–10 working days with daily updates, and we stay on to improve things as your business grows.
How much does a website cost?
Basic websites start from €500, Standard from €1,200 and Pro from €2,900. Custom projects are quoted individually. The final price of any project is confirmed before we start. Hosting and maintenance after launch is optional, at €29 per month.
Can I edit my website myself?
Standard and Pro websites include an admin panel where you edit your own content. The Basic package has no admin panel, so we make the changes for you, billed at €40–60 per hour or quoted on request.
What happens after the website is live?
Websites include 30 days of support after launch (2 weeks for Basic). Managed hosting and maintenance is optional at €29 per month. It starts when the site goes live (the support period does not delay it) and covers uptime, security and backups. Content changes and extra features are billed at €40–60 per hour or quoted on request.
Which automations do you build?
We build AI chat assistants for websites, proposal and client onboarding automation, booking reminders, review requests, lead follow-up, an AI receptionist and a content engine. Each one is set up around your tools and your way of working. The chat on this site is an example of the chat assistant. If you want to see how something works, let us know.
